How it works

1. Wet the cap with water until it is thoroughly soaked.

2. Wring it out lightly to remove excess water.

3. Shake and wear it; the cooling effect is released immediately.

The cooling effect lasts as long as the cap remains damp. Simply re-wet it to restore the sensation, with no limit to how many times it can be reactivated.
