How it works

1. Dampen the T-shirt with water until it is thoroughly soaked.

2. Wring out lightly to remove excess water.

3. Put it on and enjoy the immediate cooling effect.

The cooling effect lasts for several hours depending on the temperature and surrounding humidity. Simply re-wet it to restore the sensation.
